Miller, I like your quote better than Mailer's.

Mike, you're not the only one with the motivation problem - it's a problem many people have (me included). It always seems that "I'll write a post later tonight" which, of course, never happens. Great post!

Love that quote Andrew!

I'm not one for qutoes, but Norman Mailer nailed it when he said, "Writer's block is only a failure of the ego." On some provincial shit, don't worry about what's worth reading -- worry about what's worth writing.

Not even in the slightest. Good movie - in fact, Academy Award, no? But Mr. Penn Warren's book - now there's another dimension. You'll need a vacation time - not the kind of book to pick up when you're busy with other things.

Yay! He is really too cute. My hubby would sympathize with you on the greyish-purple-blue color scenario. He still gets angry when watching a movie with a birth scene and the baby appears rosy-cheeked. He had a long talk with our doctor about appropriately briefing first-time fathers beforehand about this.

Tommy is adorable, and I really can't give you enough props on name selection. I know it's tradition, but you did the right thing. :)
